front air conditioner not working properly
without one in front of me you should be able to do it. The trim that goes around it I believe just pulls off with friction spring clips holding it and a couple (4?) 7mm (9/32")screws holdint the controle to the dash and some connections on the back- coryrhonda

Burning Oil
check pcv valve and hose on it, have had a few hoses turn mush but don't think that much oil. Have had many 5.4 L. leak oil on back of right cylinder head and drip onto the exhaust pipe and never hit the ground. Ford has a TSB on this and say it could happen on right head back corner and left...- coryrhonda

EGR Flow Insufficient
D.P.F.E. sensor (EGR position sensor) It's the number 2 step on the newer revised trouble tree. first one is scan for a EGR code.- coryrhonda

front air conditioner not working properly
sounds like just the control is bad. easy fix much cheaper. I've done about 7 or 8 of the blend doors, if the shaft is broke you won't get it to move usually, but I have seen the control broke the way you describe- coryrhonda

Fuel Filter Change help
no residule fuel pressure is why you did not have fuel spay out. Most commonly the problem is the fuel pressure regulator, but a little trouble shooting and the fuel leak is not too hard to find.- coryrhonda

I have to say at the shop I work at (not a dealer) we have changed recently installed Bosch plats to the factory installed plats or factory installed standard type and smoothed out idle problems with certin motor types. the coil packs should last well over 200,000 miles as long as they don't have to work hard. when the plugs get worn the gap opens (between about 90,000-110,000 miles) and the coils have to put out a higher voltage to jump the gap, and if the coil boots are a little weak the path of least...- coryrhonda
