According to FordTechMakuloco 2007-2014 Expeditions and 2009-2020 F-150s can eventually be effected by this regardless of engine. Thought I’d pass along. Exhaust rattle cause.

A friend of mine experienced this same issue on his 2009 f250. Drove him crazy for a couple weeks. It's a very distinct and annoying rattle. He threw a stainless zip tie on. Been great for 3 years now.
