2001 EB Expedition headlight kit?

I am looking to change out the factory headlights and see tons of HID and Led kits on Ebay. I am just tired of polishing the crappy stock ones just to have them yellow again. I have Xenon projectors in my BMW and would like a similar output but want something easy to swap. Housings and all.

Has anyone recently upgraded their lights that could give me a recommendation? I see alot of posts about HID upgrades but they are from 2014...

I just did a Kensun LED kit on mine with new stock ford housings. I had to trim the lock ring to fit around the bulb. The led light is to big for the lock ring to clear.

Light output is pretty good, but not as good as HID retrofit kits I have used in the past. Glad it was dirt cheap. Different reflector housings might improve the beam pattern.
