Hi guys,
I have a 2001 expedition 5.4 4x2 that is having an intermittent problem starting. I have recently replaced the CHT and MAF due to faulty sensors but I am still having issues getting it to start sometimes. Fuel pressure is good and no codes on obd2. Could it be an issue with the PCM? Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure what a CHT is, but wonder what fuel pressure readings you were seeing? I believe there are two readings, one KOEO and the other KOER - key on, engine off and key on, engine running respectively. Each has a PSI range that is acceptable.

Gotcha, I incorrectly tried to think there was a coolant temperature which told the PCM how to start the truck when cold. Is your long cranking issue exclusive when the truck is cold?
