As a starting point to troubleshooting this, I want to pull the rear blend door actuator to see if it is working but I can't find information anywhere on where it is exactly and steps to get to it. The front AC works great. Any insight into what might be causing only the rear HVAC to not blow cold is appreciated!

A block in the rear ac line may cause this. You need to feel the line physically if it is cool to touch up to the rear evaporator..

Thanks! Do you know of any documentation/video that shows how to get to the rear actuator also?
