That was amazing diagnosis guys. It never ceases to amaze me how many times a shop installing some kind of electronics, screws up an otherwise working system on these vehicles. Good job!

having a similar issue with the Rear ac not working. I have tested voltage at the relay you mentioned. Also have tested voltage at the fan blower relay in the rear. Still have no power going to the fan blower plug itself.

All relays and fuses ahead inside of the front pax side relay box is intact. All wiring is intact.

The only option I have left is to undo the loom and look for knicks or bends in the wiring.

I had tested a brand new fan that I purchased and it didn’t work. Hooked it to straight 12v and it works. So not the new fan. Also purchased brand new actuators and those seem to work as well.
