Hi everyone.

I'm wondering if any of you have had any issue with the ABS CONTROL MODULE (4L1Z2B373EB) and MODULATOR VALVE (6L1Z2C215BA) in the 2004 Expedition 4x4.

I self, have one big issue with these items.
Both are un seviceable and need to be replaced.
The A4WD system and the stability control are inoperative due to this failure, so the only option in heavy rain, ice or snow is 4x4H.

These are not the cheapest parts to buy, so my question is this:

Have there been any recals from Ford regarding these parts and if not, where to buy new or used ones?

I've been searching, but no result so far.
Vin: 1FMPU16L04LB10492

I hope I get great assistance from all of you.

Husky.

Brought it to the workshop.
Computer and hands on analysis.
All sensors ok.
So this is the conclusion.

You may want to check on e-bay for those parts

I would stay away from used you may get something worse than what you have

Yes, I agree.
I've been on ebay as well, but as before it seems to be all used parts.
By the way.
Do you know any online store that might sell these parts refurbished?

The only reason I stated that is there are a few scumbags out there that sell substandard products & work on the internet. Better to do your homework on a company first since this is a very important safety item.
