2007 small oil leak leak front passenger side of engine

I have a small leak at the passenger front. Not sure where its coming from. It looks like engine oil but I haven't confirmed yet. Any common leaks from this area? Drips a couple drops a day on the ground

Slide under the truck with a strong flashlight The part that's leaking would appear dirtier that the rest of the engine. Take your time you'll soon find it.

My AC compressor, leaked oil, before it went. It sprayed the left side of engine and started making noise with AC or DEF on. Transmission lines are on that side, along with power steering(red fluid).

Also check your PCV valve is functional. My vehicle was "seeping" oil and it so discreet without any blatant leaks noticeable, and after much research found others had discovered a clogged PCV was a contributor. Changing it resolved my problem.

Thanks for all the replies. It's definitely engine oil. The oil pan gasket is wet almost all the way around. It does not appear to be the oil filter housing. It looks like it's either coming from the chain cover or the crank sensor. I need to find my mirror or something to get a better look

Yeah, if mine was leaking coolant, I'd PROBABLY just let it be. But I cannot stand to leak oil

Only a hack, would drive a vehicle, leaking coolant. Bad advice to post, on a forum.

well, I was under the impression that the oil pans were unlikely to leak on these, but thats what it looks like mine is. as far as oil pans go on newer vehicles, this doesnt look like it will be too awful
