2008 high beams only

It's a 2008 no low beams. Fuses good. Switches good. Bulbs good. Have like 8v on the low beam

If you are only seeing 8 Volts, I would suspect a corroded wire/connector or bad relay contacts!! Have you tried replacing the hi/low beam relay?

Would you see 12v like the high beams. Unfortunately the really is in that smart junction box so it would be replacing the whole thing. Thought bad ground so I strip right at the light and tapped to battery but no luck

Fixed. Just put my own relay in power from a fuse under hood and relay switch from running lights done
