Any chance this points to any certain faulty device? Or is it still possibly any number of issues in the fuel vacuum system?

Start from the top and work down:
Possible causes
- Blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid
- Kinked or collasped hose between canister and fuel tank
- Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor
- Fuel filler cap stuck closed, preventing vacuum relief

Hello guys, i know this old but i am having the same code. I've checked every possible solution. When i got to the canister that is on frame rear left side and checked the cv solenoid and noticed the tube that was connected to it was going through an opening in the frame. I pulled the tube out and was about 5 inches long and wasn't connected to anything. Is the tube supposed to be connected to anything else from cv solenoid?
