I own a 2010 Ford expedition. Like many others that have posted, I have had issues with the blower motor control module. So following other forums leads, I began to replace the control module. When I got to investigating the actual module, I found that the connector had melted to the module. I was advised to replace the connector as well. I removed the old connector and required the new one to its proper wires but still have the blower turning on for three seconds and turning off for 10 and then turn it back on again. What do I do from here?

It depends on what is causing the module to shut down or overheat. Are you able to or do you know anyone that can measure the current draw on that circuit?
