I had a broken intake valve spring a few months ago. Then the transmission was just rebuilt. I get it back and the a/c is blowing out the defrost only. I can't find a vacuum leak and I can pull vacuum on the line going into the firewall, the line going to the reservoir and the main feed line. I found some postings online about the F-150 mode door getting jammed with foam. Has anyone run into this with an Expedition?

It's possible, but it sounds like during either the motor or transmission repair, a hose or fitting got pinched/ broken. It happens more times than you can imagine. You'll need to crawl around and make sure your blender doors are opening and closing properly. Your probably going to find a cracked hose or fitting somewhere. Keep us posted. Moose
