Just bought a brand new 17 El limited. I am towing a 14ft utility trailer with two atv's. Total weight of trailer and toys around 2700 lbs, gonna throw maybe a bit more gear in trailer, let's call it 3000 at best. Oh yeah might be towing this right 3-4 times per year. So adding load leveler seemed pointless

My camping trailer weighs in at about 3100 trip-ready...maybe 3200. I do use a full on weight distribution and antisway hitch, but, unlike your ATV hauler, I've got lots of frontal and side surface area to deal with. Many is the time I've been thankful for this setup in crosswinds and 18-wheeler blowbys. I think you'll be OK if your highway speeds are reasonable.

Those are some seriously heavy ATVs. I didn't think too many made it over 700 pounds, even loaded up with accessories.

Your truck will tow that trailer with no problem. It won.t even know it's there.
