Engine codes on 2006 expedition

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum. I'm currently shopping around for an 03-06 Eddie Bauer edition expedition. I came across one that I can pick up for a good price but I was hoping you all could help me figure out what is really wrong with it. The owner states that it starts up and runs really good, but it has engine noise and the check engine light is on with two codes, p0345 and p0349. I've been googling about these codes and it seems it relates to the camshaft sensor. Are these codes an easy fix? Or should I avoid this vehicle. Thanks for your help everyone.

You should do a search on this forum about the camshaft sensors

Also think about this. Why is the price so good and what is the seller not telling you??
