Factory DVD Video Output Wire

Well I just finished the install of my aftermarket navigation and pie dvd keeper on my 03 Expedition. Turns out that the aux input on my new head unit requires a video input for the sound to play over the speakers. Is there any way around this? Any idea what wire on the factory rear dvd is the video output? I took the unit down and found the harness, but there is about 16 wires coming out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That DVD clip you are menting doesn't have the video output..its for power/illumination, audio out and for audio IR. The video is sent from the PC board directly to the monitor a white or black that is you can be taped into.
I have seen it on mine (white for me).
