I'm in Florida and the dealers accepting X-Plan pricing on a new Expedition are about 50/50 of those I spoke with. There is one dealer that has a new Expedition that they just entered into their Service Loaner program and they're saying Ford doesn't allow them to accept X-plan on a Service Loaner.
Do any of you know if this is true or false? I've tried doing some research and can't find an answer. The X-plan website says the X-plan can be used on a demo vehicle but doesn't say anything about a new vehicle that is used as a service loaner.
