Front end click

Hey I have a 2004 expy 5.4 4wd and it has a strange click or clunk when I apply the brake and doesn't do it all the time does anyone else have this problem thanks btw it only has 40k on it

Check your CV axles, I had same problem and changing them fixed it.

Have a suspension shop check all undercarriage components including the calipers for looseness and worn parts.

I think the cv axle is bad it has a little of front to back play is cardone any good for cv axles or should I go with motorcraft

I bought trakmotive from rockauto and they seem to be fine. Bigger question is how does your 04 only have 40k on her , I got an 04 5.4l 4wd as well and I got 141k on clock and thought I was doing good.

I got it from the dealer about 3 months ago said it was a older lady that had it before me
