Yep. I have an '06, so my reply in the second post is a good description. I needed a Fuel line tool to get the filter off AFTER you remove the quick clip.

I have the tool for the fuel line clip already. Bought the kit do do my Mustang.

Yep, the tool was about $7, has 2 sizes, and I only needed it for the downstream side of the filter.
