Gauge cluster calibration or reset

I bought an older model in excellent shape with low miles. But the gauges had some kind of horrendous fire background and when it was lit up you couldn’t see anything, I’ll add a picture to see. Anyway found glow gauge face on eBay, bought it and installed it, works great, looks great. The issue is I had to remove the dials and now they are either not working or they are way off. I read it wouldn’t matter where you put them back on, but obviously that is not the case. I did some searches on how to calibrate or reset them, but all of the resets are ones with digital miles and stuff on it. Anyone know how I can reset them or a fix for it?
