Can the gem go bad a little at a time? I hooked up a ground wire to the 2nd to bottom on wiper switch and they work almost normal but won't go in park (down). With wire the 4 wheel drive lights work. The back wiper goes into park. I moved relays around. Everything else works. I don't know about the radio I haven't got one to put in.
