HELP PLEASE! OBS & Parking break

OBS light is on and Parking break light is on!

Got a code reader. Code read " Bank 1 Sensor 1 " . Curious as to what this means and if it's an easy fix?! Ford Expedition Limited 2010 . Read online and saw that this code is related to the O2 sensor, however if that was the case, could it cause the parking break and ABS light to turn on? Please explain, thank you for anyone's advice and time!

Try an elm327 (iirc?) Bluetooth obd-II dongle + cellphone app "Torque"

$8 no brand dongle off amazon works just fine, torque doesn't just read codes but provides you links to WTF they mean
