Is this engine noise normal?

Hi all

So I have been getting a bit worried about the noise of my engine. There's a constant sort of whine noise and it gets louder under acceleration. There's not hesitation or anything like that and it's possibly normal. Here's a vid I took this afternoon. The whine is not as audible in this vid as it is in person.

Does it sound like a power steering whine? I had what I thought was a power steering whine in my 07 expy and my 14 E350, it ended up being the serpentine belt tensioner pulley. Never heard a bearing make this noise before but I found it by removing the belt and spinning the tensioner pulley by hand. It sounded like it was filled with rocks when I spun by hand but a whine while running

Yeah I originally thought it was the power steering but it's mostly manifest during acceleration.

It sounds like an idler pulley to me. Just my 2 cents.

Bad timing chain/guide...maybe?
