The single most restrictive part on these trucks is the piece of plastic between the airbox and the fender that reduces the inlet noise...... just removing/replacing this piece would pay divends in airflow.
Oh I saw the truck again on that did the before and after stuff on the dyno. It was a 4x4 with 20" wheels so the transfer case and heavier wheels were no doubt sucking up some of that power that you were seeing stock.
