keyless entry

i have a 00 xlt with the numbers on the drivers door for keyless entry and i was wondering if anyone knows were the default number is located at in order to gain access into the truck with out the key thanks for the help

Mine was on a card in with the owners manual. Other than that I don't know where you might find it.

Under the dash taped to the computer module is the 5 digit factory code. I think it is on the drivers side.

well i found a or the number but it didnt work so i dont know if its the right number or if my key less entry just doesnt work at all i guess ill have to check out some fuses

Sometimes I had to enter it a few time as it wouldn't always detect the buttons being pushed.

I have read that if all the keys do not light up when pressed the keypad is prbobly bad due to water damage...will need to be replace
