Well the problem was a cam cap. It broke the bolt off believe it or not. There ss plastic everywhere even down inside the timing chain. Actually found another Expedition that is the same year model but is a Eddie Bauer. Current is a XLT. So the current truck is going to become a parts truck and the motor is being pulled out. So my 9 year old son and I can have a project....any recommendations on what i can do to get more power out of the motor when i rebuild. Most def bigger cam and boring it out....thanks
