Narrow section of 3rd row "sagging", is there a known DIY fix guide?

PS no I cannot search for it, the stupid search function calls the search terms "3rd", "third", and "row" TOO COMMON and refuses to display any results

Looks like maybe the seat was placed in the horizontal position with the headrest still in the upright position? Something looks bent....Brians advice is good....disassemble to see what you broke?

They are driven by a cable. Maybe it stretched or a bracket us broken.
