Hey guys. I've searched the forums and can't find anything on this so here it goes:
I'm looking to get a second ignition key made for my 2003 Expe that I just bought. What's my cheapest good option? TIA!

Some locksmiths can cut and program the key for about $100. I think the dealer charges about 300-400 dollars. Once you have two keys you can have a 3rd key made and program it yourself.

I have an Ace Hardware store near my home that will do this and I think it was under $50.00

Home depot for about 50 bucks. It copies the firmware signature so doesn't count against the 3 or 4 key limit imposed by ford and doesnt require you to "teach" the computer.
