Friday I needed to use defroster and hvac was blowing ONLY at face vents.
After several hours of research I replaced the actuator next to gas pedal. I am posting this for future reference because it seems their is confusion as there are 3 actuators.
The one by the gas pedal determines where air will blow IE floor, defrost or face vent. The other 2 actuators from research are to mix hot/cold temperatures.
It takes about 15 minutes to do with proper tools
