"Now whyd those light come on"

As im driving home last night the fuel gauge read qtr tank and as i was telling myself "thats wrong i got gas last night".. i seen the low fuel and overheated light came on and went off soon as it went off the gauge went back up to half tank.. so what the hack is going on? I wouldnt even know where to start

I would check the battery/charging system first to see where that is at operationally. Repair any issues and monitor for the issue again.
