Only 1 USB port in front seat area??

To be honest, I prefer a 12v outlet over the underpowered 5v USB sockets they stick in these vehicles anyways. Most devices now use USB-PD or Qualcomm Quick Charge which OEMs never add the support for in any of the USB ports they include. There should be a 12v outlet in the center console you can use.

Yes, I agree. After researching this issue, I think it is best used with a 12 v plug-in adaptor. Its just that it is not an input that it has no input capability. I use a 64gb external for my music and there is only 1 USB port for that. The USB C is there also, but most of my cords are USB. I know, whah whah.....
