Other models that share the same GAS TANK? (or Sources for new tank)

Hello,
I'm looking for a new fuel tank and am having problems locating them online. Local dealer wants $1600 for the part alone. Online I found only a couple of links around $1000. I see F150 tanks all day long for under $200 which leads me to ask if there is any place where I can find an affordable new tank (or used) - perhaps I"m just looking in the wrong spot or for the wrong item? Pick a part here is a no go.

I'm also wondering if there are any crossover parts from other models such as the F150's that can be used? Possibly the navigators?
