I have an 07 Expy LTD with the stock chrome cladded rims. Recently got my truck repainted, but the shop got some overspray on the rims... not giving them a hard time about it since they gave me a great deal and did a great job.

I thought the rims were actually metal, and discovered I was wrong so now I'm limited in what i can use to clean the paint off without damaging the rim.

What can I use to clean the chrome cladding without damaging the plastic and finish?

The rim in the pic isn't mine, but its that style8213872057dcb19bc053cc1ffb4f7e09.png

Plastidip em in black is the easiest, see if you like the look..... if you decide the look is worth keeping and the durability doesnt impress, you can redo it in bedliner
