Cooling system issues.

Low coolant / leaky hose / clogged radiator / stuck thermostat

ECU goes into a kind of limp mode or something when things get heated and cooling system isn't coping

I have had the same problem for a few years now. A post earlier mentioned installing a resister on the air temp sensor. ""My question is what ohm should i install and how to install it?"" This will fool the computer to think the air temp is normal not 140deg which will retard the timing which causes loss of power.
