I'm in Hillsboro (SW of Portland) and I'm looking to get a referral for a shop in my area that can help with engine management/tuning etc.

I'm hoping that someone would be able to recommend a repair shop in the area?

Check these guys out.
They have done some fantastic performance work in the past including building what was (at least at the time) the fastest 5.7L Hemi powered Charger in the world. They guy who runs this place is an absolute genius.
