Potential owner with questions

Hello all. I'm looking at a couple expys. 2012-2014. All EL Limited. I have a travel trailer that I need to tow and the dealers aren't Ford dealers, so they don't have answers for me. My questions are 1) does having the 3:73 gears mean it indeed has the HD tow package? 2) does the HD tow include trailer brake controller or simply the wiring harness? Thanks for your time.

If the truck has the HD tow package there will be a seven pin round connector to the right of the hitch, also will have tranny radiator and oil cooler behind grille.

Mine has the HD Tow Package and the brake controller harness was still sitting in the bag for the jack in the back… I guess the previous owner towed a lot
