Im going to replace the struts on my expedition and found this quicklift rancho struts on rock auto, has anyone heard of them? reviews, does anyone have this installed? i currently have 2015 f150 platinum wheels with all terrain tires installed, i don't want to buy tires also.. lol just wondering how it would look with this installed.

I installed the quicklift 9000 XLs on my 04 Bauer 4x4 and love them.

Easy one man installation took about 4.5 hours.

Highly recommend.

The Ranchos gave about 3" F and 2.5" R in lift enabling me to fit 285/75 17 Falken AT3Ws (33.8" diameter) with zero trimming.
Parked next to a stock expy in the 2nd pic.
Leveled and lifted with much improved handling.

Bonus is my front receiver is higher off the ground now[emoji41]

Also you can adjust the dampening on all 4 in about a minute.

Two questions, how are you liking those Wildpeaks and why does everyone want their trucks level?

I'm just curious as to all the leveling kits I see being installed for the Expeditions. My experience with my 4wd Toyota and other Toyota guys is that we all prefer a little bit of rake from the back to the front like my Toyota below. This helps for when we have a bunch of gear in the back plus it just looks better on those trucks.

Ok one more question, what load range are those 285's?

Love these tires! Quiet and excellent ride.

After playing around with the pressures I've found that 50 psi is a happy place for general driving.

For gen 2 expedition there just are not many lift options. Leveling improves the approach angle and, in my opinion, the overall handling while allowing for larger tires.


Highly recommend Falken. Growing number of KO2 defectors realizing that wildpeak is as good or better for much less cash. [emoji41]

Good too know about the Wildpeaks on the Expedition as I've been planning to replace the 265/75/16 Cooper ATPs on my 4Runner with Wildpeaks and will probably do the same for my Expedition as well when the current tires are worn.

Interesting info about the lift reasons. I think if I do wind up putting a small lift on, I'll want to keep a small bit of rake in the back – so I will need to find something different or perhaps just adding a small 1" rear spacer on top of the coilover of a typical Expedition lift.

Anyone know if it will affect camber to much with a 2.5” blocks on front and 2” blocks in rear. Would love to upgrade the suspension. It’s already lifted and I’m afraid the extra shock length would be to much for the alignment geometry. How do those 9000xl ranchos handle at interstate speeds?

You should check out the nitto terra grappler g2’s. Not sure if exact specs word for word but they are very similar to the wild peaks in ratings if not exact. I have the 285 70 17 on my factory wheels, for now. They are great and after 40,000 miles still have tons of tread left. Around 85%. They are not loud and handle extremely well! 761.00 for all four. Ordered on Walmart.com and picked up in store 2 days later.
