Rear tires insides wearing heavily

Hi all,

Love this truck 2008 expedition el about to hit 197k miles.

I noticed the inside tread of both rear tires are wearing heavily compared to the rest of tire. Struts are relatively new. Perhaps just an alignment if the rears can be aligned? Any other common areas of concern to those with similar issue in the past.

I’ll be looking for a 2019-2021 max but wanted to hold onto this bad boy regardless.

Yep that's an alignment problem.
