Rear Wiper Arm replacement

Started to remove damaged rear wiper arm do to automatic car wash. One half inch nut came off fine. Trying to remove the broken arm is a problem. It doesn't want to move and I do not want to break anything. Any suggestions? Kwink

Soak it first in penetrating oil for 24 hours then try again.
