I have a 2008 Eddie Bauer and my wife has a 2009 Milan premier. I was in her car the other day and remembered that she has the bluetooth radio. It looks identical to mine.
She never uses the bluetooth, I would like to
Can I just swap them out? I know there is a switch on her steering wheel for it that I dont have. I would guess maybe there is a microphone, maybe in the rear view mirror?
Anyone know anything about this? Is it possible? I tried looking at the ford parts website but its lists tons of different radios, I got lost.
Really all I would like to do is to be able to have it interrupt the radio and take phone calls, I dont care about all that other voice command stuff that her car is capable of.
I do have a bluetooth adapter that works fine but you have to switch the radio to a certain station to get it to work.
