I have been having issues where my screen will go black and all buttons become inoperable. I tried the master reset and when I clink on the continue, nothing happens. I have left it running for 30 minutes, thinking that maybe it took awhile, but nothing. I can do a soft reset and if I do that, I can get the screen back but only for a little while. I pulled the fuse and that did not work either?
