Transmission drain plug stripped how to remove?

I'm having trouble removing my transmission drain plug I go left it turns I go to right it just turns is there any way to put pressure on it to get that plug down any help will be appreciated thanks?!

Drop the pan and work on removing it while on the bench.

the head of the bolt stripped or the treads that it treads into stripped, good ol vise grips might do the job. your post is confusing though

Sounds like the threads are stripped. I agree vise grips and pull out while turning.
