what can I do with these holes?

My expedition came with custom led light mounted running boards and led side lights that are linked into my dome lights. The rails are off and now I just have the sides. Took them off and I have two screw holes.... any ideas how to cover these or put an off road light in its place etc... need ideas. If all else fails I will just leave them on there the way they are Lol

I agree with this. Did this with my first car (Hyundai Tiburon) when I removed the stock spoiler. Just found two black plastic plugs to fit in the two holes. I know a few guys who have done this to their Mustangs as well. Little bit of super glue underneath to keep water tight
