OK, maybe this sounds silly but my grill sags. It looks a little like a smile which doesn't make me smile. the lower bar, the thin one sags and I haven't noticed any others like it, this is something I'd rather not be unique about.

There is, or rather should be, a semi-structural piece behind this opening with 4 vertical thin bars that attach to this horizontal one, keeping it strait. Either the clips have failed or a body shop possibly failed to replace it if the truck has ever had front-end damage.

Part number is CL1Z-17D635-A

Thanks Flexpedition for the answer to the mystery, after getting the part number I even found it on Ebay for $47. Apparently if it's on Amazon & Ebay this is fairly common.
