2007 EL Limited, bought new OEM shocks and Arnott air springs. The rear suspension will not fill. Air pump came on, no fill. Air pump hasn’t come on again so we aren’t sure what to do to get this back on the road. Also not seeing any codes. Any ideas?

Why were the air bags replaced? Same issue before?

Everything worked fine but with 140k plus on the stock shocks I wanted to replace them. It was a little bouncy. I bought new shocks and the shop swapped them out. Once they finished up, they couldn’t get the rear to air up. They determined that the stock air springs were weeping and may have been aggravated or caused during the shock swap. At that point new Arnott air springs were purchased and installed at the shop. They still can’t get the rear to air up. I am looking for answers too since they are stumped.

Have they confirmed the air suspension is turned back on in the cluster? It needs to be shut off anytime the vehicle is Jacked up and maybe they forgot to turn it back on

Also every door needs to be closed or the compressor will not run

Check height sensor too. They can pop off of knob they hook to.
Start it, put in drive open driver door and reclose.

Normally you just have to have the door closed. If my pump is running after start up (Navigator) opening my door turns it right off.
