Window and door lock

1. Drivers window: when pushing up on power button window rolls down. 2. Power door lock on back door stopped working have to lock and unlock manually. Any suggestions thanks in advance.

Did you just replace the window motor? The wires coming from window motor itself can be reversed at the end.
The back door lock actuator is likely the culprit for the power lock you can undo harness and test to see if it is getting power when the lock button is hit.

Thanks, nope I haven't done anything to the window at all it just starting acting up.

I was having the same issue in my 2013. I took the vehicle to the dealer for the transmission recall, and mentioned the issue. They refreshed the BCM(Body Control Module), and it resolved the issue.

I have a 2013 as well, I saw that info about the transmission recall. Did your transmission start messing up or did they do it because of the recall?

I was experiencing irregular shift behaviour, during normal driving. The update seems to have resolved - but only time will tell.
