Used the FORScan program (which is pretty good for a free download) on my laptop to diagnose an issue with my rear air suspension. First code was B1342 which basically says replace the module. I've done that. But now I need to set the ride height. Looks simple according to my factory repair manual, but can't find that function on FORScan or any other work-around. Anyone know of one? Or does anyone near Milford, OH (east side of Cincinnati), have access to the Ford VCM and IDS that are required? Truck is still drivable, but sits a little ****-eyed in the back. Happy to meet, help and compensate. I typically do all repairs on all of my cars (been working on them since before I could drive and generally only go to the dealership for parts and free recalls). Let me know and thanks in advance. Vern

I have the lifetime subscription to FORScan and I have an Expedition that has the air leveling suspension that still works, but I was curious. I cannot find any settings for calibrating the ride height. All the articles I read online is the Ford dealer has a scan tool that can do it. Sorry, I don't think anyone has done it. When my rear air leveling struts fail, I am replacing them with standard struts and springs.

This is what I need done. I may be wrong, but I do not believe it is a turnbuckle adjustment on the rear with air-ride. I like the self-leveling air-ride because it's great for towing cars.

What manual is that from?
