I have a question one of the Actuators in the back are clicking. Can that cause the front AC to stop working because of that? I have no clicking in the front.

Hard to say. I once had a problem with Wife's Hyundai Santa Fe blowing hot on drivers side, cold on passenger side and after pulling my hair out trying to determine if there were separate blend doors on hers (there were not), it simply turned out to be a low charge. Go figure.

No, the rear is independent of the front as far as temperature control goes. The clicking you hear is a broke temperature control actuator. Very common on the Gen2 Expy's. Tons of how-to videos on YouTube on changing them out. What temperature are you asking the front to put out?

Actuator circled in Red is the temperature control actuator .... Green is High / Low vent control ....

I'm guessing the front one is messed up then. The front is blowing out hot air when it's on cold. The back gose to cold when it's on cold and hot when it's on hot. If the front actuator was broke would it make a clicking nose or it's just quiet

Generally speaking they'll click when they're broke ( unless the control shaft snapped? ). It's the internal plastic gears clicking. Do you have dual zone front AC ? If you hear clicking from the rear AC it's probably still a broke actuator back there. Maybe the vent control actuator ? Do you still have control over where the air comes out in the rear of the cabin? Floor or Top Overhead outlets ?
