I have a 2012 XLT with rapid blinking turn signals. The vehicle is new to me and all bulbs appear to be working properly. Any suggestions?

Did the previous owner put in LED bulbs? This could cause "hyperflash".

Not sure yet. It’s been too darn cold outside to check them out. Supposed to warm up in northern Indiana this week tho.
