Engine knock.
The way I've cured my lower end engine knock in my 2004 and other expeditions is b4 u change the oil put a can on sea foam fuel injection in the engine oil drive it for about 60 miles then change the oil with a factory oil filter and use 10w- 30 castrol gtx motor oil along with 2 quarts of lucas...- 12yearhondatech

2004 epedition door hinge cracks
I haven't found anybody else with this problem or a fix yet. I'm thinking about taking some 1/8 inch aluiminum plate drilling holes above and below the door hinges and sandwich two aluiminum plates together with bolts to reinforce the doors.- 12yearhondatech

2004 epedition door hinge cracks
I have a 2004 expedition and both rear doors are cracked around where the door hindge mounts to the doors. Has anybody else experieced this? If so doese anybody know a repair for this problem. Both rear doors are about ready to fall off. Please help. Thanks- 12yearhondatech
