    AWD / 4wd? manual transfer case conversion ? 2001 XLT

    You can disconnect the auto 4wheel drive by cutting the brown wire going to the transfer case. Then just use the dash switch to engage 4 high and low. I have done this to mine and it works great. Why swap over if everything is working

    Rear door Locks

    I recently changed my rear lock actuators. Got them on line. Not that bad to do. You need to drill out the rivet holding them in and use a bolt and nut of similar size. I had extras in my collection. Helps to attach the nut on the new actuator over the hole with some adhesive. Just makes it...

    Need advice for a 4 in. lift

    I would like to lift my 2000 expy 4 inches, both for bigger tires and ground clearence. Can I use the Rancho 4 in. on an Eddie Bauer with full time 4wd. Or can some one give me some sugestions. Also just thinking of a torsion lift with spacers in the rear. Please help
